The major specification of electrical deck oven is that each deck can be operated indepedently. The heating system designed with special concrete tiles and seramic resistances disturbs the heat equivalently and provides well-balanced baking. Temperature and steaming time can be adjusted for each deck independently. In this way, different products can be baked in each deck. Product can be loaded in deck with the setter. The oven is manufactured as 1-4 decks according to request.
