Steam Pipe Oven is manufactured as steam piped and stone based. Heating is provided by closed-loop system. Burning chamber is made of heatresistant concrete and brick. Demineralized water turns into steam by heating and spreads over the heat while encircling the baking chambers. The bottoms and ceilings of each chamber are directly connected to the pipes. Each chamber is made of stainless steel. Products are baked on special composite stones that are food grade. Chamber doors are made of heat resistant glass.
